Tory Lanez is now facing new charges in the Meg thee Stallion shooting case

Wednesday, December 7, 2022

Just when we thought things was looking good for the Brampton rapper, Tory Lanez is now facing an additional charge in the Meg Thee Stallion shooting case.

Spice in the 6ix has learned that the prosecutors in the case just added this new charge amid jury selection. They’re really hating the boy Tory.

Tory Lanez has already pleaded not guilty to one felony count each of assault with a semiautomatic firearm and carrying a loaded, unregistered firearm in a vehicle. He also faces a gun allegation that he personally inflicted great bodily injury.

With this new charge it carries a possible six years in prison and qualifies as a deportable crime. If you didn’t know, Tory Lanez is Canadian. If convicted on all counts, Tory Lanez is still is facing the same maximum sentence of 22 years and eight months. The new charge doesn’t add to the exposure because it relates to the same alleged conduct, so any related sentence would run concurrent.

Man we really hope our boy Tory pulls through this!
