Since 1960 the lower level of Bay station has been closed to the public. TTC has just announced that they will be opening up the haunted subway station for a family friendly event on Saturday, Oct. 29 and Sunday, Oct. 30, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. to the public.
There will be a Halloween themed train where trick and treaters can enjoy nut free candies as well as some free giveaways for the kids and more. Costumes are optional but strongly encouraged.
The entrance fee is $2 for children 12 years old and under and $5 for adults. All proceeds will go to the United Way Greater Toronto, a non-for-profit organization fighting local poverty.
